- Is this room planner really free?
- Yes. Uploading your floor plan, setting the scale, arranging furniture and exporting the result are all free, with no signup and no download.
- Do I have to draw my room first?
- No. That is the point of ToScale — you start from a photo or screenshot of an existing floor plan instead of redrawing walls. If you have no plan, a rough rectangle with one measured wall still works.
- Is the furniture drawn to scale?
- Yes. You enter each piece's real width and depth, and it is drawn at that size on your plan, so what fits on screen fits in the room.
